Being part of the Trustee team means looking out for our members’ best interests. Making sure our team reflects the membership we represent is a really important part of that.

Perhaps you’ve previously thought of putting yourself forward to join our team but for one reason or another, you didn’t go ahead with it. Or perhaps you think you don’t have the right experience - think again!

We’re open to fresh ideas and unique points of view from all sorts of backgrounds and circumstances. So don’t count yourself out – count yourself in! We’d love to hear from you.

Who are we looking for?

This year, we’re looking for members to join our Trustee Talent Pool (TTP), which supports our Trustee Board in running our pension schemes, bringing new ways of thinking and different insights to the essential work that we do.
