The Trustee Talent Pool (TTP)

TTP members support the main Trustee Board by playing an active role in the various committees and working parties that help to govern our schemes. Whilst they are not fully-fledged Trustee Directors, they make a hugely valuable contribution to our work.

Make an impact: This is a rewarding role where, as part of a team, you can make a difference to people’s lives, bringing your way of thinking and your insights to the essential work that we do.

Develop your skills and experience: As well as your own personal learning and development, you’ll take part in the same training provided to the Trustee Board, gaining real experience and a better understanding of how the team works and the role of a Trustee Director. This training also means you’ll be a great candidate should you wish to join the Trustee Board in the future.

Meeting new people and making new connections: Through your role in the TTP you’ll have the opportunity to talk and collaborate with people you might never otherwise meet, including senior employees within the company and others from the wider pensions industry.
